Cindy Olsen is a lifelong lover of the natural world and, in 2018, became the founder of Cindy By Nature, LLC. 

As a certified forest therapy and mindful outdoor guide, she has been helping others experience the profound physical, mental, and emotional benefits of connecting with nature in a deeper and more reciprocal way.

Cindy leads award-winning mindful outdoor experiences and retreats. She also leads meditation and mindful communication classes at Pause To Be Present Meditation. 

Cindy blends her certifications with the Kripalu School of Mindful Outdoor Leadership, the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy, and Mindful Schools to create meaningful experiences that inspire presence and connection.

 

She is committed to holding a safe space for participants with certifications in CPR and Wilderness First Aid.

She has partners in the worlds of yoga, sound bathing, nutrition and energetic healing. She can weave together an experience that will bring connection and healing to your group for a once-in-a-lifetime experience. ​​

Are you seeking clarity for your next chapter—or healing from the last one? Nature offers a quiet wisdom that can hold and restore you.

In a private session, I will gently guide you into the natural world through mindful practices and sensory experiences—where the forest is the therapist, and I am your guide. We’ll close by reflecting on your experience and sharing a soothing tea.

Sessions can take place in a forest, park, or even your own backyard.
